Products Overview

At UBBJ, you will be provided with the best solution for all your demands.
We have complete range of offer from Domestic Water Supply System, to Marine and Offshore Pressurized Water Supply System.

I. Thermoplastic Piping Application

1. PPR (PolyproPylene Random copolymer)

PP-R has been applied successfully for hot and cold water applications in countries worldwide. The combination of properties such as resistance to internal pressure, flexibility and impact have made PP-R the material of choice for a safe and reliable long-lasting installations. No wonder that PP-R has been continuously replacing traditional materials like copper and galvanized steel over the last decades.

2. PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

PVC is the most frequently specified of all thermoplastic piping materials. It has been used successfully for over 60 years. PVC is characterized by distinctive physical properties, and is resistant to corrosion and chemical attack by acids,  alkalis, salt solutions and many other chemicals. It is attacked, however, by polar solvents such as ketones and aromatics.
Of the various types and grades of PVC used in plastic piping, Type 1, Grade 1 PVC (Cell Classification 12454) conforming to ASTM D1784, is the most common. The maximum service temperature for PVC is 140°F (60°C), under pressure. PVC for drainage applications is also capable of handling near boiling temperatures for intermittent flow conditions. With a hydrostatic design basis of 4000 psi at 73°F (23°C) and a design stress of 2,000 psi at 73°F (23°C), PVC has the highest long-term hydrostatic strength of any other major thermoplastic material used for piping.

3. CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride)

CPVC (Cell Classification 24448 and 23447) conforming to ASTM D1784 has physical properties at 73°F (23°C) similar to those of PVC and chemical resistance similar to or generally better than that of PVC. The design stress of CPVC is also 2,000 psi at 73°F (23°C). The maximum service temperature is 200°F (93°C) under pressure with occasional exposure to boiling water (212°F, 100°C). CPVC has proved to be an excellent piping material for hot corrosive liquids, hot and cold water distribution and similar applications above the temperature range of PVC.

4. HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene)

A high quality of solid wall high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe with smooth internal surface. We have an ability to supply a wide range of sizes from 20mm OD to 160mm OD which can handle pressure of 2 bar to 20 bar. It comes in a range of fittings for complete system. Jointing method is by butt fusion jointing which allow continuous length.HDPE can be used in many types of applications such as potable water, sewer, drain, mining, irrigation, slip lining, and reclaimed water.

5. CPVC Fire Sprinkler

Spears FlameGuard® CPVC Fire Sprinkler Products provide a cost effective alternative to metal systems with advantages of high corrosion resistance, improved system hydraulics, ease of installation and quick assembly with common tools.CPVC Fire Sprinkler Systems are based on proven products that have been in continuous service for over 40 years. Spears FlameGuard products are approved by UL®, FM®, Global, LPCB and Certified by SF International for potable water use.

II. Metal Piping Application

1. Carbon Steel

Carbon Steel is intended for mechanical and pressure applications and is also acceptable for ordinary uses in steam, water, gas and air lines. It is suitable for welding and for forming operations involving coiling, bending, and flanging, subject to certain qualifications. Carbon steel can be divided to many grades. Please contact us for more details

2. Galvanized

A protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting. Galvanized coating can be made to all carbon steel items. It forms a coating of corrosion-resistant zinc which prevents corrosive substances from reaching the more delicate part of the metal

3. Stainless Steel

A steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass. Stainless steel does not readily corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does. However, it is not fully stain-proof in low-oxygen, high-salinity, or poor air-circulation environments. There are different grades and surface finishes of stainless steel to suit the environment the alloy must endure. Stainless steel is used where both the properties of steel and corrosion resistance are required.

4. Copper

A ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. Copper is usually use in supplying hot sanitary water and air-con pipe use with low pressure.
